You, along with anyone who uses your account, together we will call "you". You warrant ("promise") that you are at least 18 if you use this site. You speak for your company if you use the site for your company. You promise that you are telling us the truth in all the stuff you tell us.

If you use the site to buy or sell products or services, then you promise that you are legally able to do so. You cannot use the site for unlawful acts or to sell products or services that are illegal. You must be properly licensed to buy and sell whatever you buy and sell. You promise anything you post online through our services (a web site, an online store, etc.), along with any information you submit to us (together known as your "information") is your own and is not stolen from anyone else. You agree that if you get in any legal trouble, that we are not responsible or liable for anything. You agree not to blatantly mislead your customers or pretend to be someone you're not.

We reserve the right (but really don't have to or want to) to look at your information or make sure you are not doing anything illegal. We can change any of your information that breaks these terms at any time, without even asking you.

You promise not to interfere with anyone else within our site or to try to interfere with the operation of our site. You promise not to steal anything that belongs to us.

Sometimes you may actually pay us for something. You will let us charge your credit card for the services you use, often in advance. We can change the fees at any time, but we will e-mail you that we are and wait at least a month before the fees kick in. If you are late in your payments, then we can pop you with a 1.5% interest charge each month (or less, if the law says so) until you pay up. If your credit card changes in some way, you need to tell us or we may yank your service.

We may change the services we offer, with or without telling you, or stop offering certain services altogether. We can close your account and your access to our services at anytime, again with or without telling you.

If we link to other sites besides our own, then they are not in our control or our responsibility. If you don't like them, please don't complain to us.

You give us a right to use your name and any of your information, even without paying you or telling you, in the promotion of the site.

All of our services and any information we have may not be any good, and in fact may be completely wrong. We might change it any time. Use at your own risk! We do not promise the services to be dependable, correct, bug-free, secure, or available. All services are "as-is". We are not liable for any penalties or damages ever. We are also not responsible for your data, or any problems you have if the data is lost. If your customers get mad at you, that's not our problem either.

We enable you to do business with other companies, but your business relationships are with them. We are not legally involved in any way. If you get mad at them, or they get mad at you, leave us out of it.

If you know or even think someone might be using your account without your permission, change your password.

We are cool with your personal information, and will keep it private, according to our privacy policy.

Anything we forgot to tell you you can do, you cannot do.
